Charles Platel Solicitors costs are mostly fixed at a pre agreed amount with the client in writing from the outset and are based on a percentage of the value of the transaction involved. In exceptional cases we may agree to charge on an hourly basis and in that event an estimate of the likely total costs can be given at the start.

BUSINESS & COMPANY LAW

An hourly chargeable rate will apply but we will endeavour to give you an estimate of the likely total costs involved from the very beginning and if that figure should be exceeded, provide you an explanation why and plenty of warning.
